What size projects are a fit?+

Most renovations and additions begin around $250,000. Custom homes typically begin around $900,000, excluding land and design fees.

Do you work with our architect?+

Yes. We can join an existing team or introduce architects and interior designers whose work and communication style fit the project.

Where do you build?+

Charlotte and close-in communities, including Dilworth, Myers Park, Plaza Midwood, Cotswold, Matthews, and Davidson.

How early should we call?+

Ideally before drawings are finished. Early builder input catches expensive assumptions while they are still inexpensive to change.
